SHIPPING POLICY

Caring Creations by Ashley ships all orders via [USPS/UPS/FedEx]. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes
Caring Creations by Ashley is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Caring Creations by Ashley is currently only shipping to the U.S. from this main website. You can check my Etsy store for international shipping.

Please know that I am unable to predict exporting fees and are not responsible for any fees that may be incurred when item is received.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Caring Creations by Ashley offers is a 15 day return/exchange policy. Which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at caringcreationsbyashley@gmail.com.
If you're eligible for an exchange, we send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. If an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be provided. You can always contact caringcreationsbyashley@gmail.com for any exchanges questions.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If any of the items in the box are missing, opened, used or broken and/or the box is destroyed the customer will NOT be refunded.

Refunds:
If your order qualifies for a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
